- Internal cannblism of departments. Supposed to work cohesively as a team, but due to unhealthy competition, unrealistic targets & temperamental issues, people are afraid of being answerable, resulting in caring for their own skin etc. - regular unproductive meetings w little or no time to work on the projects, and results are expected in a few hours/days. Constant unnecessary stress - Favourtism across certain departments - Depressing and hurtful remarks, feeling of unappreciativeness - stubborn management
