Pros

Reasonable benefits, brand name, large organisation.

Cons

Less focus on staff interest. When staff unable to follow instructions well, it is never the management mistake or responsibility, and it is always the staff's, making the environment unconducive for productivity and focus on clients needs. HR is not neutral and policy to protect staff welfare is weak Whatever feedback given always goes back to the director even if the director is the problem. Director has more say than HR. Due to the lack strong HR to protect staff interest and welfare, bad staff behaviour is tolerated if the person is favoured by Director. Feedback given to HR or Director can sometimes to be viewed as complaint, resulting in staff afraid to voice views.

Pros

Work life balance not too bad, can go home on time. But sometimes need to work on weekends due to job nature. No more supervisor but got freedom and independence I had some good colleagues

Cons

No supervisor so no reliance if there's any problem. Must carry yourself. Too understaffed so many times and tasks need to do all by yourself. Can't really take break if u must do everything.
