In my opinion, management has no regard for your personal time and space - they contact you at all hours and even when you're on leave. Though there's HR and their aspirations of creating a better workplace for the employee, their high turnover rate and shady practices are another thing altogether - HR is working for the company, not for the benefit of you - always remember this. They can just change the terms of your contract based on their non-existent policies, or outdated ones that are almost 10 years old. If you are also ok with top-down management, maybe this is the place for you.
