Pros

None , they will talk about on-site and all, don't get trapped with it.

Cons

Poor infrasturture , office is garbage , you can easily find rats in the ofc. Work Environment is worst. Do go to their ofc once you before accepting their offer. Cafeteria sucks , it's worst than a dhaba. Micromanagement , you will have to be in front of system inside the garbage ,one room ofc for 8 hrs. Work - they are struggling with funds. Future is in the air.

Good company for someone who would like to learn and excel within the organisation. I am very confident that the expertise of the Technical team will be ahead against many MNC in the market. Management listens to employees and provides the platform to cook your thoughts to excel well.
