None , they will talk about on-site and all, don't get trapped with it.

Cons

Poor infrasturture , office is garbage , you can easily find rats in the ofc. Work Environment is worst. Do go to their ofc once you before accepting their offer. Cafeteria sucks , it's worst than a dhaba. Micromanagement , you will have to be in front of system inside the garbage ,one room ofc for 8 hrs. Work - they are struggling with funds. Future is in the air.

Worst to say the least

Nothing much.. Well they give flexible timings

Cons

10 hr work has to be splitted every two hours, else you have to answer lot of questions. Micro Management at its peak. They will call you any time and expect you to be available all the time, weekends/midnights etc PF& TDS not paid properly,and you have to follow up with them forever to get things done. Salary not paid on time.

However, the salary process was delayed two days last April due to technical issues. 2. We are closely monitoring resources who is underperforming. Micromanagement is required to correct the resource who is not meeting the expectation, 3. We always make sure the deliverables should go smoothly. Hence we are seeking our resource weekend support during deliverables and we provide comp off for the same. 4. PF and TDS are paid on-time. If you have any other feedback feel free to contact us. 1.Medical Insurance for free! Great to have actually!!! 2.They teach new skills

Cons

1. In the name of flexibility, They do micromanagement which actually kills the morale of the employee 2. Salary will not be credited on time. 3.No Job security - They hire you in a hurry and fire you in a hurry. 4.Cafeteria - A very bad one 5.Expecting people t be available 24/7.
