Pros

Great product, and you get a free device. Amazing people (non-management) to work with.

Cons

Micro-management is an understatement. You will spend hours filling out 40 different spreadsheets that all cover the exact same data. If they would spend a few $$ and upgrade the CRM, they would have all of this information at their fingertips. Management does not understand/does not care that devices sell at a much slower rate than cosmetics. The idea of a $400 device that lasts for years not selling as frequently or quickly as a tube of lipstick is unheard of at NuFACE. Company has a certain device that is constantly returned for defects, but they refuse to find a solution and instead continue selling a device that does not meet anyone's standards.

Remote plus company discounts. Even though the products aren’t innovative.

Micromanaged, mean girls, toxic work environment, Retention is low for a reason.
