      Some great people here. Not much more to say.

      Cons

      Being at NuFACE has been the most demoralizing experience in my career. Amongst the crowd of hard working individuals just trying to survive and stay out of the line of fire stands an “executive” team of petty deceiving liars. I would only recommend working here to my enemies. HR comments here that these may be growing pains but they are not. The individuals at the top are truly the villains of NuFACE and in the long run, it’s greatest enemy. No position is safe here from being the target of unfairness, manipulation, and disrespect from the “executive” team. I’ve used executive in quotes because these individuals are not leaders with skills. They fill a chair and have an office but DO NOT have the skills of a leader for a successful company.

      It looks good on your resume - instead of telling people you worked for the antichrist, you can just say ‘I worked for NuFACE’

      Cons

      The c-suite is full of a bunch of mean white girls that all came over from a well-known skincare cleansing brush company. You will never get a word in with the director of HR because guess which company she came from? The director of HR is quite possibly the worst of them all. They’re this juggernaut of incompetence masquerading as a great company to work for.

      Great product, and you get a free device. Amazing people (non-management) to work with.

      Cons

      Micro-management is an understatement. You will spend hours filling out 40 different spreadsheets that all cover the exact same data. If they would spend a few $$ and upgrade the CRM, they would have all of this information at their fingertips. Management does not understand/does not care that devices sell at a much slower rate than cosmetics. The idea of a $400 device that lasts for years not selling as frequently or quickly as a tube of lipstick is unheard of at NuFACE. Company has a certain device that is constantly returned for defects, but they refuse to find a solution and instead continue selling a device that does not meet anyone's standards.
