No training. No structure. There is NO Team, it’s every man for himself, very cut-throat. Make sure you save EVERY email and document EVERYTHING because the minute something goes wrong you will be thrown under the “bus”. Their motto is, C.Y.A . I would suggest wearing a body cam, seriously. There is a company policy/employee handbook, don’t waist your time reading it because it’s not followed, even by corporate. They will twist and manipulate any situation to benefit themselves. I have seen employees fired because “someone had to be held responsible” regardless of fault, so be prepared. You can be the hardest working and most loyal employee they’ve ever had and it will make no difference because they don’t care about their employees AT ALL. Also, be prepared to work holidays, even Christmas. This company will not be around very long.
