      Good people in the field Still a good company in the Arkansas market. Once had a strong safety culture. Has a good wellness benefit.

      Cons

      Leadership decision making is questionable in all markets. Disingenuous executive leadership in specific markets. Can't seem to compete with the other local contractors in specific markets.

      Pros

      Great medical benefits 100% paid for by the company. 401k match of 8% once you have been with the company for a year.

      Cons

      Can’t invest in 401k until after a year. 2 weeks PTO is behind any other KC GC who has at least 3 weeks. Salary is behind all other GC’s
