Pros

Culture is overall good, flexible timings, and moderate work life balance.

Cons

Some people work day and night in multiple projects and many are not allocated any project. Overall quality of technology used is way behind than what is currently popular in market.

Dear colleague, Thanks for writing with feedback. I am surprised that you feel that "quality of technology used is way behind". Speaking very objectively, half our business is with ISVs that stay at the cutting edge of tech. When an ISV rebuilds its product for flight planning or manufacturing intelligence or building automation, they tend to use the best proven tech that's out there. The other half of our business is with the world's leading corporates that are re-inventing themselves with us. Even here the tech is usually very new. We admittedly do some ho-hum, commodity business from time to time, but that is less than 10 percent of our total. Perhaps you are stuck in one of these projects. Our bench is quite small as compared to the industry. Still, we are automating Resourcing with one big intelligent optimization system to make sure there are no imbalances like you mention. This system will also have time limits for people being stuck in a project they want to get out of. Regards, Manas

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
