Pros
Usual daily routine of employees: have breakfast , coffee , lunch, TT , workout at gym and Work. Work from home is almost equivalent to a holiday. Remuneration would be better than the usual market norms(Brightest minds are compensated with inflated packages) If you want work life balance , then Nagarro is for you. Employees are pampered a lot.
Cons
I was one of the three guys when Mainframe practice was started at Nagarro. Joined as an Associate Lead in Mainframe team and after 4.5 years resigned at the same designation. I was so dissatisfied with my manager, work culture in mainframe team, zero growth that i resigned without any job in hand. No growth and no learning. I regret to be a part of this organisation. I wish I had resigned earlier and left this quagmire.
