Pros
Around 5 years ago, I started working with Nagarro as a fresher. After spending these delightful 5 years, I feel completely transformed. I feel like I have found the machine that an Indian politician once mentioned of making 'Aloo dalo, sona niklega (if fed potato, will give gold in return)' and name of that machine is Nagarro. I feel connected to Nagarro and there is nothing wrong with me being sensing this attachment. I believe at the end, we all are human beings (not just colleagues), working together for an organization’s betterment. While working, we often tend to get so busy, that we are not left with time to acknowledge the goodness of our people and our organization. Today, I want to take this time out to thank Nagarro and my fellow people. Nagarro has given me everything that I need to live happily. • It gives me flexibility of my working hours at office, so that my profession can best suit my lifestyle. • It gave me huge amounts of work to test my endurance, but then, it gave me down time to relax and recharge myself. • It gave me right kind of guidance without any delay, whenever I felt in need (Cheers to the wonderful management). • It allows me rest-time without any formalities/permissions (Wellness room). • It gave me a hand (that literally feels like a mother’s hand) to rub my head/shoulders, whenever I felt achy and stiff (EnLivn). • Above all, it has given me this great bunch of human beings to work with. Then what’s wrong with giving my best efforts for Nagarro when these people are with me? What’s wrong with doing more than what is expected from me sometimes? I could not receive everything from Nagarro without acknowledging. I believe that this is the right time to cherish Nagarro’s contribution in making me what I am today. Thank you so much Nagarro, you make my world a beautiful place. And you can count on me whenever you need me.
Cons
I choose to ignore itsy-bitsy thorns and rather focus on beautiful roses that nagarro blossoms :)
