- No value of your talent. -No value for research. -Managers/Directors are saving their positions. -Some Managers/Directors with below IQ level. -If you flatter your managers and directors then you will promote in every 6 month. People are taking 3 promotions in span of 2 years but not with their work. -No policy for Appraisal/Increment. -And yes if you are girlfriend of director then promotion will be extremely easy for you. -Some directors have 3-4 girlfriends and the girls fight with each other in office premises.
