No Pros. Every positive thing you see on LinkedIn is just

1. No work life balance. 2. No matter how many posts you see on LinkedIn, once you join you will have 0 value in Nagarro 3. They have laid off many people and still claim that haven't laid anyone. 4. If you don't get project for some days, then they will give you less salary till the time you are on bench. 5. HR Policies are very bad. They do what they like and will never reply to their calls and messages.
