Lots of variation in salary. Person with same years of experience (5 years) has a difference of 12 lakhs. A is getting 12 lac and B is getting 24 lac. Because B has shared an offer letter. And they have retained.My suggestion here to person A please don't do hard work in project you should work with other HR and try to fetch offer letter from the market. Dumb Talent Acquisition person. You can be fired anytime when you are on bench. They will ruin your career because of client needs. If you don't clear client interview then also they say we will fire you. Rather join a small product base company.
