Hello. Thank you for taking time out to provide feedback for Nagarro. I am saddened to see that you are having such a poor experience during your time at Nagarro. I would like the chance to assure you that what you are experiencing is definitely not the norm.
First of all, I would like to say that there is no favoritism, towards old or new. If you feel this is the case in anything that you are observing, I encourage you to talk to HR or senior management. I assure you that HR is not in the business of increasing the problems for the employee. Instead, HR is there to help and ensure that employees are well taken care of. So, you should feel encouraged to talk to them for any issues that you are facing.
With regards to lack of openness, I concede that we have some systems and processes which are still maturing in terms of how they should be in my opinion. At the same time, lack of openness doesn't imply that there is anything fishy going on. If you feel that you need more information on any topic, please feel free to ask. And if you don't get a satisfactory response, escalate.
I agree with your advice to management. We need to work harder towards processes which are transparent (more and more of them are, but we can do better). And while I agree that there should be no false commitments (absolutely!), I don't think we make any (if you have such a case, I request that you escalate to management or HR).
With regards to mapping skills to projects, we do, of course. Are we able to do this 100% of the time? No. Is there a case where employees never get to work on things that they are most skillful in? Absolutely not (it won't make sense).
In any case, thank you for your feedback. It helps. I encourage you to feel free to interact with folks in the management team. There is much more to Nagarro than what you have observed (and most of it is really good).
