Pros

- Many opportunities to learn. There are various group inside the organization which will help you develop your skills. - Good and very knowledgeable people to work around. - Xbox , gym , flexible timings, table tennis, - Very Good salary.

Cons

None as such but as the organisation is growing at a very rapid pace I have feeling that it may become like TCS and Infy.

Wow. Thank you for a 5 star review. Thank you for taking the time. I am very happy that you are finding Nagarro just the way we want to make it. I hope you are spreading the feeling of goodness that you have for working here among your colleagues. Yes, we have all of the pros that you mentioned and many more (flat organization, massive growth prospects, great people, an ever improving infrastructure, and others). You know, the con that you have listed - "become just like TCS and Infy" - it is our biggest fear. We DO NOT want to become just another mid-sized Indian IT company. We are furiously working towards not being one. We don't want to be one. We want to be nimble, flat, fun, elite, and fun again. Believe me, we are 100% aligned at senior management level on this one thing - so this will never happen. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review here. You should feel free to reach out to HR or senior management whenever you have input or you want to know more about Nagarro.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
