WFH Nothing else to mention here

Cons

- Manager behavior is very aggressive and humiliating towards employees. - Managers don't have any knowledge on project, they over-commit to clients and then put un-necessary pressure on employees. - HR will support Managers even when managers are using abusive language. - Project allocation is a mess, you will never get roles with your skills and mostly you will be forced by the HR to take roles with some other skill profiles. - All the talk about Employee friendliness is just a façade, reality is very different.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
