When projects are less, people on bench are fired and told it's becuase did not join a meeting which is not really a productive session. can lay you off with any reason, like not talking properly to HR or senior or not joining a meeting or any other vague stupid reason,/ Freshers are treated like scum, told to do whatever is available even if you are frontend they'll ask you to do backend, QA or devOps and what not, They delay appraisals because saying the market is down and when the time for appraisal come they'll throw you out just before the appraisal month
