Dear colleague,
While I appreciate that you have taken the time to provide feedback (and it always helps us), I have to disagree with the certainty and tone with which you describe the problems that you see with Nagarro.
We are not as bad as you say or feel - our attrition is far below the norm in the industry - year after year - so we must be doing something right. Let me try to address some of your points:
- allocating people irrespective of their knowledge: the majority of the people are allocated as per their best fit to a project (how else would we have so many happy customers where people deliver excellent solutions to them). Will there be times that we ask people to learn new skills for a project? Yes, of course. The technology landscape is changing rapidly and if we don't upgrade we will be left behind.
- project change request: they are carried out as per the policies defined for project changes. And in fact, we do cater to a lot of project change requests which our managers are not really happy about in general.
- salaries, appraisals, etc.: our salary structure is as good or better than any other company out there. You are implying that some kind of magic happens where money that is promised to you is not given to you - and I am sorry to say but that is absurd. Please reach out to the payroll team to schedule a meeting and understand how the salary is broken up. Our increments and appraisals are purely a function of you performance and potential - not based on any foot licking as you say.
I am sorry that you feel that the company has systems which are 'full of crap'. This is the not the company we are; but, it is clear that you have had some bad experiences. If you would like to, I am will meet you and understand these and either correct things (if we have been unfair) or provide you clarifications (if we have been misunderstood).
In any case, I would request you to be a bit kinder with your words in the future when you are trying to provide feedback - since the person receiving feedback is generally trying to help and improve things.
Regards.
