Cons
First of all, No matter how good you are and how much effort you put in you project, you won't get nothing in revert if you are working on client location in India. There is no way to recognize your good work in a project. You will be treated badly if you have been working on client location in India, specially in SAXO Bank. they believe in salary cut even a small hitch in market they keep changing appraisal cycle you will get on site opportunity only if you have some connection with HR or Manager Initially there used to be fix compensation but nowadays they cut your CTC in the name of yearly bonus which you will never get back
