      1. Work from home is good.

      Cons

      1. They deferred increment for 5 Months. 2. Organisation Bonus is a totally scam. 3. They deferred our increment and opened 2-3 new offices outside india and buy 10 floor in Gurgaon. 4. They have majority middle east projects, there are more pressure in UAE projects, overtime is common, they pressured us to work on weekends also. 5. They are not mentioning but they will also force us in future to continue WFO.

      Dear colleague, the org bonus policy is already changing in response to feedback - it is going to be evaluated quarterly now. About the new Gurgaon office - we don’t buy buildings, we merely rent them, and the decisions regarding this office were taken many years ago. In fact, we have delayed moving into the office as much as possible. Last year was a very tough one for the industry. We had to take difficult decisions. Hopefully, one day you will be senior enough to empathise.

      1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
