Pros
I enjoyed working in Nagarro Software. It always throws challenges in front of you and again same time ample amount of learning opportunity. - Decent Appraisal. - High skilled individuals. - High expectations from Lead. - Supportive HR & higher management.
Cons
- No work life balance, high work pressure. I worked 11-12 hours a day all through my career with Nagarro. Directors expect you to work for longer hours and demands mostly same day deliverable. - Need to improve processes e.g. grievance, appraisal. Policies should be low level documented. - Sometimes makes you feel outsiders while comparing with older employees.
