Nanya's failure to succeed starts at the top - Design Engineer Nanya Employee Review

The USA design teams are 'lead' by a vindictive distrustful tyrant who claims to value communication and teamwork but imposes and fosters the opposite. Good engineers have to deal with a shroud of confusion and dictation and do not stay long . This company does not value its employees. I feel sorry for young inexperienced employees who think this might be the norm in this industry.
