Toxic managerial practices from the President, Vice President and certain managers. Yelling, belittling, intimidation, gas lighting, and a total lack of professionalism and disrespect can occur at the slightest perceived inconvenience or misunderstanding. Poor temperament, lack of guidance, lack of training, lack of adequate documentation and lack of effective communication. Little compensation for advancement, poor compensation for inflation, continuous cutting of bonuses and lack of transparency. Most employees keep their heads down and do what they are told to avoid conflict, even when the objectives are wrong or misguided. Writing is on the wall when senior level engineers with 5-20 years of experience are constantly leaving the (small) company
