Pros

Working with Naples Soap Company has been one of the most pleasant job experiences of my life. Their organization is highly professional, organized and focused on employees' futures. From top management to HR, and from store management to the warehouse, everyone is responsive, and it's wonderful working with others who do their best every day!

The product in pretty and mostly smells good

Just run from this company, don't waste your time, the pay is bad, the products are cheaply made and the owner makes life hell, on and off the clock you cannot escape her. The owner, Deanna, is a tyrant. The whole corporate office knows it and talks about it but no one is willing to stand up to the owner because shes crazy. It would surely be the end of your job, even if you approach her in the most professional diplomatic way. She tries to belittle and humiliate employees instead of coaching and working on issues. Managers are given a salary but are expected to work far more than 40 hours, 50 hours a week wasnt enough for her. It dosent matter if it's your one day off for the week you will be expected to reply to emails and texts, there is no work/ life balance. She will use you until you having nothing left to give. Also be prepared for her to be sneaking around all the time. She has people she knows and other employes go into stores to try to catch you doing things wrong, this didn't bother me at first because i work the same with or without the owner around but once I didn't greet a customer with her 1 min time frame of entering the store (because I was assisting someone else) and quickly got a phone call and chewed out because her friend wasn't greeted properly. Just to be clear her friend was greeted but maybe 2 min later.
