The workplace is nice and big with a lot of sun light. People are generally nice, especially the senior traditional artists.
Cons
The biggest con is payments. If you're planning on freelancing here then be ready for not getting paid. They'll tell you they pay in 60 days (which is way too long to begin with) but It's been way more than 120 days and I'm still waiting.
Projects here are extremely boring and require no talent. Your skills wont improve in this place. Project management is very poor. A lot of overhead yet nobody seems to know what they're doing. Very long hours (10 hours/ day). Overtime kicks in after 50 hours/ week (assuming they'll pay you in the end.)
