Felt like no matter how hard you tried, nothing really changed for the better. Some people were never given a chance to move up much and even when some people did step up, nothing got better. Seems like the hierarchy was dictated by experience rather than knowledge. Also there was no marketing strategy and a lot of things were rushed through in a uninspiring manner and not given proper schedules or resources to make it better.
