Very professional, friendly atmosphere, great management, great location, nice office, decent pay and benefits, HR and very own marketing department, overtime pay, firm encourages innovation and creativity, management very open to new ideas, very little turnover, Christmas party, firm picnic

Can’t think of any major con at the moment, but could suggest better fringe benefits although the firm provides standard benefits, better training and support
