      Easy to take leave and mc. Everyone else is doing it so it's inevitable to use the mc as your leave days

      Cons

      No career advancement, extremely low pay increase unless you are chummy with the supervisors. Always forever shortage of manpower. Endless requirements from employees but nothing to offer
