Pros
Kids are great if you go to a good school. Some schools are so bad the kids are disastrous. In that case, there is probably nothing good about the job.
Cons
No career advancement for FT workers, they treat their workers very poorly. Always try to milk the most out of us without any compensation eg making us work extra without any pay and just say it is part of our job scope. Salary is quite bad too. Wouldnt recommend working here if you want to do FT. Not sure if they are still hiring PT though. Turn over rate is quite high. I was PT and at first we agreed that I would be working for 6 months. Then 1 month in they decided that PT workers were not worth the expense, slowly start to cut our hours, try to make us leave. Joke company hope you all fail. Dont even have the interests of parents and kids at heart, only want to make money. Disgusting.
