      - Great place for opportunities if you're the type of person who learns on their own

      Cons

      - Company can't seem to control their growing pains and are losing great talent along the way - Lack of culture and people don't seem to know anyone outside of their own teams - Lack of mentorship - Lots of micromanaging

      Pros

      I worked briefly as a contractor for Nascent. The team I worked with was quiet, but smart, collaborative and brilliant.

      Cons

      Sometimes the office felt quiet, and like people were not passionate about the work they were doing.
