Pros
- Lots of interesting client projects in both web and mobile
- Every project I've been on, I've always been challenged to learn something new, or to go deeper on a specific software fundamental or practice. It's great that we're encouraged to keep learning and improve ourselves
- The leadership and senior team members are great at mentoring and will make time for you, just reach out and ask!
- When working on a project, you really feel like you're part of a close-knit team, not just a bunch of individuals working in their respective roles
- Many different social events and learning events, like daily stretches, lightning talks and team after-work socials
- Lots of snacks! Especially when people share their extra desserts and treats with everyone
Cons
- Some people find it challenging to work as closely as we do with clients. That's a reality of the type of consultancy work that is being done
