Administrators seem to only care about the profit margins rather than listening to their employees.

Coworkers are wonderful and can make the work day fun even during the busiest of times.

The hospital lacks incentives for their employees to continue their hard work. There is a hostile work environment between upper management and employees and any appreciate and respect for the work done comes solely from your coworkers and never from management.
