      Work from home and fair pay

      Cons

      Basically focus on monitoring and ticketing as per daily basis. In other words you will keep doing the same thing everyday. Favouritism & colonism culture by management for promotion & hiring. Thus Nasstar is obviously not a good place for career advancement for experienced engineer/staff.

      New management team seem to be making positive changes. Nice people. Opportunity to work on good projects if you carve out the time.

      Internal communication needs improving - a lot of good news isn't shared widely.
