The smart ones are left hanging because they are a threat and the management is afraid they will get exposed by these smart people Those who played politics already won and now controlling everything Firing people is normal management hire bad talents so to easily manipulate them or so they can cover up their wrongdoings Titles have no meaning in this company. They give fancy titles such as senior team lead but the person who promoted to team lead dont have that technical skill to lead at all Every leads or managers have so much pride. They dont want to get outsmarted by others or their jrs. They prefer to be the guy or the main man with ideas so they will ignore you even if you have good suggestions
