Pros

- They have adopted health insurance from January 2025 so that employees can get medical attention when almost stressed and overworked to death. - With a good, strong, capable lead, you'll have a somewhat chance of maintaining your mental well-being. Otherwise, your ward at the asylum is waiting.

Cons

During my time at Nathan Digital, I witnessed several concerning practices that I believe potential employees should be aware of. Leadership & Management: The management structure felt weak and disorganized, with internal conflicts between regional heads creating unnecessary tension instead of fostering collaboration. Job Security: The company had a hiring spree for months, bringing in many talented individuals, only to abruptly lay off over 150 employees citing financial issues. This decision was sudden, poorly handled, and deeply disruptive to many families. Layoff Process: The manner in which the layoffs were conducted was insensitive and inhumane. Communication was poor, and employees were left feeling disrespected and undervalued. HR Department: Unfortunately, the HR team did not offer the empathy or professionalism expected during such a critical time. Instead of supporting employees, interactions often felt cold and dismissive, leaving many feeling abandoned during a period of uncertainty.

Pros

If you resign, they will send you out immediately without notice, its perfect if you are moving to a new job immediately

Super Toxic environment Forces work on weekends and after work hours They use your fear of losing the job to force you to work overtime They think of employees as numbers, not people Lead Technical Management is good at making himself look smart but he is not No proper coding standards management care about what they see with their eyes so they see only frontend updates as progress, they dont careabout backend Your good backend architecture will be ignored, dont spend days on that, management dont care about that Hr Applications does not implement proper security protocols They promote the worst people. The smart ones are left hanging because they are a threat and the management is afraid they will get exposed by these smart people Those who played politics already won and now controlling everything Firing people is normal management hire bad talents so to easily manipulate them or so they can cover up their wrongdoings Titles have no meaning in this company. They give fancy titles such as senior team lead but the person who promoted to team lead dont have that technical skill to lead at all Every leads or managers have so much pride. They dont want to get outsmarted by others or their jrs. They prefer to be the guy or the main man with ideas so they will ignore you even if you have good suggestions
