Pros

Exposure to wide range of ages and conditions in clientele

Cons

Company culture focus on unrealistic KPIs. Heavy administrative burden, and gaps in resources and support for clinicians. Significant overtime required to do job well, at expense of work-life balance. I trust management has heard and responded to these issues.

Hi, Thank you for providing a review on your experience with National 360. It’s great to hear that you were able to work with a wide range of ages and conditions throughout your employment. We are disappointed to hear that you felt our organisational culture focused too much on unrealistic KPIs. We have since revised our clinical activity targets in response to feedback from our clinical workforce, and we are also completing an audit of our clinical resources to ensure that all therapists have the resources and time that they need to feel fulfilled and satisfied at work. Work life balance is so important to us, and this is an area that we are always reviewing, with support from everybody, to ensure that our team can balance their personal and professional lives. If you would like to hear more about our recent changes, please contact your former Team Leader or Regional / State Manager. Alternatively, you can contact the HR Team and we will arrange a time to explain how we have improved our workplace practices in response to feedback.

I was initially drawn to the opportunity at National 360 due to its strong commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. The 360 Go Graduate Program offers a structured and encouraging pathway for graduate occupational therapists, ensuring they are well-supported as they transition into professional practice. Since joining the organisation, I have felt genuinely welcomed and valued as part of the team. National 360 provides an exceptional workplace culture that promotes professional growth while also supporting a healthy work–life balance for its employees.
