We understand that working in a billable environment can lead to burnout and have recently implemented a number of strategies to assist team members with their wellbeing including additional operational strategies and discussions around appropriate leave utilisation to ensure rest. Hi, Thank you for providing a review on your experience with National 360. It’s great to hear that you were able to work with a wide range of ages and conditions throughout your employment. We are disappointed to hear that you felt our organisational culture focused too much on unrealistic KPIs. We have since revised our clinical activity targets in response to feedback from our clinical workforce, and we are also completing an audit of our clinical resources to ensure that all therapists have the resources and time that they need to feel fulfilled and satisfied at work. Work life balance is so important to us, and this is an area that we are always reviewing, with support from everybody, to ensure that our team can balance their personal and professional lives.
