Leaving my job at National 360

Cons

- paying staff to do 5 star reviews - high billable target which is monitored throughout the week, and you must provide a reason as to why you did not reach your target or you are expected to work overtime - if you don’t reach your target you lose privileges such as work from home and flexible hours - micromanagement - unsupportive graduate program - high staff turnover - next to none supervision, and supervisors also lack experience and can share false and dangerous information that can land you in legal trouble - no resources, expected you purchase any resources so that you can actually do your job properly otherwise your clients suffer - low pay and expectation to cover expenses such as tolls, rising fuel costs, resources, etc

Depend on your supervisor, good supervisor can really help you excel in this role. Easy way to expand knowledge as you will expose with different populations of participants High flexibility for calendar management Has mentoring sessions running throughout the week to discuss cases

Cons

High KPI Pressure to hit KPI with complex cases especially for an early career therapist Easily burn out due to billable target Focus on billable target and does not have additional Flex Time for learning as all you will doing is hitting your billable target Does not have time to attend mentoring session due to high billable hours Salary expectations are lower than competitors Does not acknowledge burn out and was told to take some time off Personally, not feeling acknowledged and value by management team especially state manager

It’s also great that you find our flexible working approach helpful and that our internal mentoring has helped foster positive growth in your career. We acknowledge the challenges you have highlighted, particularly around our clinical activity targets. We understand that working in a billable environment can lead to burnout and have recently implemented a number of strategies to assist team members with their wellbeing including additional operational strategies and discussions around appropriate leave utilisation to ensure rest. We are sorry to hear that you feel you are not able to attend mentoring and would recommend speaking with your Team Leader around how your diary can be managed to ensure this is prioritised. Disappointing experience

Pros

Exposure to wide range of ages and conditions in clientele

Cons

Company culture focus on unrealistic KPIs. Heavy administrative burden, and gaps in resources and support for clinicians. Significant overtime required to do job well, at expense of work-life balance. I trust management has heard and responded to these issues.

Hi, Thank you for providing a review on your experience with National 360. It’s great to hear that you were able to work with a wide range of ages and conditions throughout your employment. We are disappointed to hear that you felt our organisational culture focused too much on unrealistic KPIs. We have since revised our clinical activity targets in response to feedback from our clinical workforce, and we are also completing an audit of our clinical resources to ensure that all therapists have the resources and time that they need to feel fulfilled and satisfied at work. Work life balance is so important to us, and this is an area that we are always reviewing, with support from everybody, to ensure that our team can balance their personal and professional lives. If you would like to hear more about our recent changes, please contact your former Team Leader or Regional / State Manager.
