I did not find any downside when working with NEB

Stable company with abundance of projects. Salary is always on time. Lots to learn as variety of projects is good.

Low salaries and hardly any increment, that has led to lot of turnoever since Covid. Basic health insurance, no visa or insurance for family. The place lacks organisational structure, there is no clear disctinction b/w concept and detailed design team or positions such as Design manager.
