- Extremely stable work and gradual progression in terms of salary and responsibilities. - Chance to work on some prestigious projects in Dubai. - Fast paced work culture, literally churning out projects on a weekly basis. Almost 1 project every week.

- Strict environment. - Long work hours.

if only you are from arabic ethnic that looking for constant below average salary , that will be a good place to work.

Cons

the company management does not consider investment in their professional employees & there is no clear company vision for upgrading the employers & how anyone can go thru his/her career path inside the company....it's a one man show culture.
