      Pros

      Most staff members work hard and are team orientated. The members served by the association are very appreciative of the staff and their passion for their jobs. Very family friendly group.

      Cons

      Senior management appears and continues to show it does not value opinions, observations or input of staff. Recent high turnover is a product of that as well as managements' pervasive theory "Everybody is replaceable". Compensation is low for the amount of work put in. Management does play favorites.

      Pros

      I read the previous reviews of NFDA, and I do not see these issues in the current organization. The culture has changed because the CEO is truly dedicated improvement, and we have many new employees who have a very positive, team-oriented attitude. The managers are supportive and skilled, and I love my colleagues. I feel valued, respected and recognized for my skills.

      Cons

      Work from home policy is inconsistent.
