Pros
There are some very hard working people at this company inspite of (you fill in the blank) Many employees who work hard during multiple buyouts and loss of jobs
Cons
To be fair and balanced, the above poster mentioned they know many people who are "victims" at this company who create their own state. That's hilariously such a minimizing comment and such a broad reaching comment for someone who SAYS they work only in sales. People who are satisfied with their job probably do not even know this forum exists to comment on, or they would not take the time because it would be pointless. Let's be honest. There are two types of posters on this site - (1) Employees voicing their experiences and (2) Management - attempting to minimize and refute those concerns as usual. The "victim" comment was from a manager. There are MANY very negative managers who walk around with their noses in the air, who bring their personal issues to work daily because of I would assume personal issues at home whatever they maybe and their issues from their immediate managers above them. You can't say leave it at the door when you are doing the very thing you chastise your employees about. It's called hypocrisy. YOU are supposed to set the example. But it's a do as I say and not as I do environment. The attitude of your workers reflects leadership. Here's the skinny, you have real employees on this site voicing their concerns because they have no other avenue to do so. They for sure cannot discuss it with their managers because (1) They (management) doesn't care (2) You'll be listed for termination. What I wonder is why obvious management is so concerned about posts on this site and then themselves posts positive comments, which if you understand gramatics, you can obviously see the structure of all the exemplary "Stay The Course" comments are all from either one person or two posters who are concerned with the company image on this site. You have too many employees from 3 locations clearly who have concerns that are not being addressed. You can call it whining, complaining, being negative, or having a victim mentality. An abuser always tends to use those terms regarding a person who is being abused in a relationship. You have employees who are willing and capable to stay the course IF they felt their effort was appreciated and their concerns were welcomed. When you ignore these components, and then add in arrogance and hostility towards those workers because they are not performing up to these unrealistic numbers you want because the functionality in place requires a workaround on a daily basis to complete the basic tasks of your job, yes youre going to get a bunch of VICTIMS on reviews of this company expressing their concerns that are so often overlooked. And saying that having a job and a food day will make everything better does not solve any problems. Instead of name calling and threats, why not actually read the many reviews here and use the same empathy you ask your employees to have with our wonderful customers. Practice what you preach! Again, attitude reflects leadership
