Pros

- positive energy - they do offer some cool competitions - my trainer was awesome very nice 11/10 on her she deserves a promotion - WOULD BE ALOT BETTER IF WHAT YOU SAID TO ME IN MY INTERVIEW WAS TRUE

Cons

- these hard card they’re offering as guaranteed business and at hiring we are told THEY ACTUALLY WANT THE INSURANCE but actually these are as old as 2022/2023 and it’s actually not requests for insurance unless you get Globe accounts; they’re filling out 2-4K free death accidental insurance. That’s what those cards are - you only get 150 every month 70 hard card they’re rest point of service accounts that your expected to upsale these people who are already satisfied with their plans most of them are the Top sales agents previous sales and it’s been a year or two since they took out the policy, and most of these client want to CANCEL their plan and can never get ahold of their original rep (most of these the guy still works there his name starts with E) (you know who I’m mentioning) or you must save his sale and get ZERO credit for it. Make adjustments for other people’s policies which is odd bc I thought we were independent agents why am I working another agents clients ? - you must rely on referrals they don’t make this clear on hiring - they seem to use unfair practices making them seem part of their union to sell the product when they simply are a 3 rd party that union recommends -they said if you pass first try on your license they’d pay % but they didn’t they paid $11 for my certification course after - they said I would get 1k a week at first initial hire the. It turned to 500/ week but my trainer was awesome and helped me. - not a fan of the fast promotion process seems very MLM TO ME - If I’m selling life insurance to people who actually want to buy the insurance WHY DO YOU PROMOTE USING BURNER NUMBERS?
