Pros

Remote Work from home Union focused

Cons

No work to life balance, since you are home they expect to always be available for phone calls and extra work. Cheap emotional selling techniques on endless amounts of scrits. Daily motivational meetings that are repetitive and unnecessary.

We're glad you appreciated the opportunity to serve our policyholders as an agent with Globe Life National Income Division, but we understand there are aspects that didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate the time you spent as a member of our team and wish you all the best in your future career path.

Pros

Amazing leaders and mentors who care about my development, good work/life balance since it is a remote position, uncapped income opportunities, helping hardworking people every day. Bonuses are big and renewals are even better. The 10 year retirement path is amazing.

Cons

Dialing is not pleasant of course but it is the base of your success and needs to be done. Presentations can run over 2 hours sometimes but are worthwhile. Your first year and starting contract is rough in terms of compensation but after just a year the renewals make up for it.
