Poorly defined roles, Inconsistent management, poor company culture - Anonymous employee National Insurance Services Employee Review

Roles are very poorly defined - it seems that management can't agree on who should be doing what, or what the real priorities are. Management priorities change with the wind. The company culture is weird and feels like high school. Culture is such that gossip, childish personal conflicts, and cliquey behavior get in the way of actual work. Personal opinions of coworkers and arbitrary rules often guide management decisions rather than measurable successes or failures. I would not recommend this organization.
