Thank you for your feedback. It's important to know where we need to improve. We offer several opportunities for growth for all parts of the company, but they may not be communicated effectively. Yes, culture is a big deal here, and how we show up for our customers and teammates is important to our success. Each person's contribution, however, should be valued for what they offer. Thanks again.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
