Pros

Decent work/life balance and pay. Middle management is as supportive as they can possibly be considering the difficulties with upper management.

Cons

While the executive management and human resources teams claim to be making positive changes in culture, there is still a pronounced top-down old school attitude even with some newly hired executives. The new corporate culture of "Servant Leadership" holds out a promise of positive change. Meanwhile, months, years, go by and nothing changes.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
