was the only cdl driver at my site with cdl job requirements stated had to have cd. trainer trained me 1 day showed me how to do yard check which didnt check back of trailers like at previous employer lazer spot. trainer literally did yard check and watched netflix sat the whole night. corporate would send emails about vehicle inspections. when asked about actually doing logs manager offsite at home told me dont worry about it. then he came up to do inspections where the app limited u from writing up electronically issues. but i found a way. vehicle writecups were ignored. was asked by non cdl holder why was i there i could go anywhere. next thing i know im at home received lay off letter stating i caused a delay. what delay? i worked 6pm to 6am. offices are open day shift. delays are caused by day shift. u cant report problems requesting new trailer if businesses hours are 8 to 5. so they fraudulently made up a delay because i constantly found delays with trailers not being inspected on day shift
