Pros

Cons

I worked at National Shunt from February to November 2025 as an Operations Supervisor. During my time there, I was dedicated and genuinely believed in the company. I regularly spoke highly of Nationalchente to employees and new hires, encouraged people to stay, and even referred drivers from my previous workplace. In August, I was offered and accepted a promotion into Human Resources. I was proud of this and continued to support the company with full commitment. I often worked 60–65 hour weeks during the first phase of my contract while being paid for 40, simply to help make sure things ran smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience changed at the end. I was asked to train someone new, under the impression they were joining the team. Shortly after that training period, I was terminated without any explanation. I directly requested clarification multiple times and did not receive any reason or feedback. Being let go without transparency, especially after putting in so much effort and speaking positively about the company, was disappointing and disheartening. I still believe the company has potential and good opportunities for some employees, but I strongly encourage leadership to communicate more openly and honestly, and to provide proper feedback when making employment decisions. Transparency and respect go a long way.
